On Time Conveyancing is a locally owned Central Coast Conveyancing Company established in 2008.  Our Licensed Conveyancer and Licensee in Charge, Jade O’Donnell is available weekdays, week nights and weekends and is available for you to attend their office or Jade can come to see you at a mutually convenient venue at a time that suits you.

On Time Conveyancing was opened with a view to provide availability when it suits you to help to take the stress out of buying or selling your home  Our office will also communicate and provide updates to you on regular basis by way of telephone, mail, email, sms texting.

Jade is your Licensed Conveyancer but she is also a wife, mother of two, a daughter and a sister and relates to the fact that life just doesn’t revolve around your property conveyance however it usually revolves firstly around your family, friends, work obligations and then your conveyance, this is why we will meet with you anytime that suits you.
